We offer a 30-day return window for all our products. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or an exchange, subject to the terms and conditions in this policy.

2. Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-returnable Items

Please note, certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Customized products according to your specifications.
  • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer.

4. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item for any reason, such as a size or color change, please return the original item using our return process and place a new order for the item you wish to receive in exchange. This ensures the fastest turnaround time for your exchange.

5. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions on how and where to send your package.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the returned item.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
